CURRENT VACANCY

The position of sales manager consists of directing the actual distribution or movement of a product of Maceen  AI Sharq company to the customers, coordinating sales distribution by establishing sales territories, quotas and goals.  It also consists of attending sales meetings and training programs for sales. Analyzing market demands and establishing connections and contact points of existing and new customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare quotations and cost analysis of products.
  • Communicate with partner agency for product prices, delivery and others works related to sales.
  • Establish and maintain contact and business relation with existing and potential new customers
  • Prepare sales and marketing plans of action for different products.
  • Prospect and qualify new Multi-Vendor opportunities
  • Determine and establish price database and discount rates.
  • Communicate business direction frequently and clearly to Management
  • Drive the sales process by working with internal team members to develop winning strategy
  • Be responsible for timely, accurate update, and prompt sales forecast submissions.
  • Provide market intelligence to the marketing team for product development
  • Ensure management of payments and adherence to sales budget.
  • Excellent presentation, communication and follow up skills required
  • Candidate must have proven ability to work effectively with the Service and Equipment Sales in a team-selling environment

Qualifications for Sales Manager

  • 3+ years of direct sales experience in medical and educational products /industry.
  • College degree or higher in business, engineering or any related field.
  • Having Kuwait driving license is a must.
  • Fluent in English and Arabic speaking.
  • Demonstrate and verify recent success in complex sales situations
  • Having effective customer relationship and team player.
  • Having initiative and willingness to lead, take charge and direction on important work.

 

Business / Engineering Graduate

At least 2-3 years experienced, preferably in medical and educational product

Must be fluent in English & Arabic

Proficient in MS Office & Computer

Must have Kuwait driving license

Excellent customer service & sales skills

Good negotiation and problem solving skills

Transferable residence (18 No Visa)
